Kripalu Yoga is a gentle hatha yoga practice with a compassionate approach and emphasis on meditation, physical healing and spiritual transformation that overflows into daily life.
The yoga classes usually begin with breathing exercises and gentle stretches followed by a series of individual poses and final relaxation.
Kripalu instructors encourage students to listen to their body,

While Kripalu is suitable for beginner to advanced yoga students, the gentle and individualized approach makes it an excellent choice for seniors and individuals with physical limitations.

Our Stress Reduction session combines meditation, breath techniques, gentle movement and dialog for calming the mind and body. The work is done in a seated position.
Work is targeted for professionals and individuals wanting to gently reduce stress resulting from challenges at home and work.

Class Time: either 30 or 50 minutes
Cost: $35 for 30 Minutes, $60 for 50 Minutes
Office Yoga integrates breathing, stretches and movement that can be done in office or work attire. Provides a way to bring yoga "off the mat" to help reduce stress, improve mental performance and increase productivity.
